Isabel Dixon-Matenga, BBus (HRMER)

Isabel has over 30 years senior and general management experience in sales and marketing, freight, distribution, logistics and supply, holds a Bachelor of Business specialising in Human Resource and is completing a Law Degree at AUT. 

For the past 20 years Isabel has provided consulting expertise and advice to both the public (government) and private sectors specializing in human resource management, employment relations and mediation and has provided advice and support to a wide range of businesses, schools and people regarding employment matters.

Having spent many years managing small to medium sized businesses within New Zealand for both NZ and Australian owners Isabel has extensive knowledge in marketing, sales and operations management, as well as significant supply chain experience importing goods from China, Germany and Australia.
